This villa is accessible from the parking garage via an elevator. Each owner has an assigned covered parking spot and individual beach storage closet at the ground floor level. In addition, each owner has a storage closet adjacent to the villa. These are great for storing all your beach toys like those boogie boards, floating noodles, beach chairs, sand buckets, frisbees, bocce ball sets, etc. Aren't you getting excited about vacation yet?!
If you don't want to lounge around your balcony, villa, beach or pool, there are seven lighted tennis courts to get your cardio workout or 7 miles of walking/running trails within Litchfield By The Sea. If you have to get some fishing in on vacation, Osprey Lake is yours for the taking. Walk over or take a golf cart ride for your morning or afternoon excursion. Certainly there are all kinds of golfing opportunities in Pawleys Island or you could go north to Myrtle Beach if you need a change of scenery. But, I'm not sure who would!
Shopping and great restaurants are certainly within walking and driving distance. Just ask me and I'll give you a list of my favorites.
